Why People are so Unkind? - MGS

The reason why people are so kind
Is often rooted in the world’s unkindness,
In the shadows where harshness lingers,
They’ve felt the weight of life’s cruelness.

Each act of kindness, a gentle response,
To the pain they’ve endured, the battles they’ve fought,
For in giving warmth, they find their own light,
A balm for the wounds that life has wrought.

They’ve tasted the bitterness of neglect,
Felt the sting of words that cut like a knife,
So they choose to uplift, to offer a hand,
To create a haven, a sanctuary in life.

In a world that can often feel cold and stark,
Their kindness is a beacon, a flicker of hope,
A reminder that love can still thrive,
Even when the heart struggles to cope.

For those who have suffered, who’ve known despair,
Understand the power of a simple embrace,
A smile, a gesture, a listening ear,
Can transform a moment, can change a place.

So when you encounter a kindness so pure,
Remember the story that lies underneath,
It’s a testament to resilience, to the human spirit,
A reflection of love, a promise of belief.

In a world that can be unkind and unfair,
Let us be the change, let us choose to be bright,
For kindness begets kindness, a beautiful chain,
And together, we can turn darkness to light.

Regret - MGS

Time is Life,
Where does it go?
Does time finds me, or do I find time?
Who can tell?
Within time my youth goes,
My past become memories.

The years have slip away,
Soon time inside grows,
Before I know
The years have passed by.

My life is a fragment, of time I let go,
My youth is like a game,
I'm winning or I'm loosing.

My maturity paid the prize,
Now my heart yearns,
More times to shame.

Then, I realized,
For more precious ways,
It takes great efforts,
To make another time.

So easy to waste time,
So hard to save life,
We only live once,
So make no bounce.

Unmasking - MGS

You can’t please everyone,
No matter how you try,
A thousand voices whisper,
While your true self waits nearby.

Each smile you wear like armor,
Each laugh a practiced sound,
Leaves you tired and empty,
In a world where you’re not found.

That’s not living; it’s performing,
A role you’ve learned to play,
But deep within your spirit,
The real you longs to stay.

How can love find its way,
If you’re always in disguise?
If you hide behind a shadow,
How can they see your light?

The love that’s built on pretense,
Is a fragile, fleeting thing,
It crumbles under pressure,
Like a bird without its wings.

So stop faking, stop shrinking,
Let your colors boldly show,
Embrace the quirks and edges,
Let your true self overflow.

For the right ones will gather,
In the warmth of who you are,
They’ll celebrate your journey,
And love you near and far.

So shed the weight of others’ eyes,
And stand in your own grace,
For the world needs your true spirit,
In this vast and wondrous space.

Be who you are, unapologetically,
Let your heart’s song freely play,
For in the dance of authenticity,
You’ll find your truest way.
