A Letter For My Students (Grading Day) - MGS

Dear students,

I wanted to tell you that as your teacher, my primary goal is to support you in your learning journey, and I care deeply about each of your successes. Recently, I’ve noticed that some of you are facing challenges with your grades. This is a difficult topic to discuss, and I find myself unsure of how to approach it. I want to be honest with you: it saddens me to see you struggle, and I wish I could find the right words to explain how we can work together to improve.

I understand that low grades can be discouraging, and it’s natural to feel overwhelmed. Please know that you are not alone in this. Many students face similar challenges, and it’s okay to ask for help. My intention is not to criticize but to encourage open communication about your learning experiences.
If you’re feeling confused or frustrated, I invite you to share your thoughts with me. Together, we can explore the reasons behind the grades and identify strategies to help you succeed.

Remember, setbacks are a part of the learning process, and they can lead to growth and improvement.
I am here to support you, and I believe in your potential. Let’s work together to turn this situation around. Please feel free to reach out to me if you’d like to discuss your grades or any concerns you may have.
Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to our continued journey together. See you in Quarter 4. I'm looking forward for an improvement and excel.
