Le It Be -MGS

For the softest things in the world overcome the hardest things in the world. All difficult things have their origin in that which is easy, and great things in that which is small. Creativity comes from awakening and directing in our higher natures, which originate in the primal depths of the universe. Because of great love, one is courageous in life. For he who obtains has little, for he who scatters has much. Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don't resist them, let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they are meant to be. Let nature take its course.

Reflection

This passage beautifully encapsulates profound philosophical ideas about the nature of existence, creativity, and the interplay between strength and softness. It suggests that the most powerful forces often arise from the gentlest sources, emphasizing the importance of humility and openness in the face of life's challenges.
The notion that difficult things stem from simplicity reminds us to appreciate the small beginnings of our endeavors and to recognize that greatness often emerges from modest origins. The idea of creativity as a product of awakening our higher selves speaks to the potential within each of us to tap into deeper truths and insights.
Moreover, the emphasis on love as a source of courage highlights the transformative power of connection and compassion in our lives. The paradox of gaining through scattering rather than hoarding invites us to consider the value of generosity and the abundance that comes from sharing.

Finally, the encouragement to embrace change and allow life to unfold naturally resonates with the principles of acceptance and flow. It reminds us that resisting the natural course of events can lead to struggle, while surrendering to the process can lead to growth and fulfillment.
Overall, this reflection invites us to cultivate a mindset of openness, creativity, and love, recognizing the interconnectedness of all things and the beauty of life's unfolding journey.

Mindset - MGS

To a mind that is still, the entire universe awaits.
When you possess inner wisdom and insight,
You use your soul and your eyes to touch the heart of things.
We are made of the same drops that we see in the ocean.
We value what lies within the sphere of our understanding,
And realize how dependent we are on what is far beyond it.
When the mind is tranquil, it becomes a mirror of the universe,
Reflecting all things. In the midst of darkness,
We alone see the light of dawn; in the midst of silence,
We alone hear harmony echoing from within our own souls.
Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes,
Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way,
They are meant to be, all things are one
Let your mind and heart be free and at peace.

Reflection

This passage conveys a profound philosophical and spiritual message about the nature of existence, consciousness, and the interconnectedness of all things. Here’s a breakdown of its key themes:

  1. Stillness of the Mind: The idea that a "still mind" allows one to perceive the universe more clearly suggests that inner peace and tranquility are essential for deeper understanding. When the mind is calm, it can reflect the complexities of the universe without distortion.

  2. Inner Wisdom and Insight: The text emphasizes the importance of inner wisdom, which allows individuals to connect with the essence of reality. This connection is described as using both the soul and the eyes to "touch the heart of things," indicating a deeper perception beyond mere physical observation.

  3. Interconnectedness: The phrase "we are made of the same drops that we see in the ocean" highlights the idea that all beings and elements of the universe are interconnected. It suggests that we share a common origin and essence with everything around us.

  4. Understanding and Dependence: The passage reflects on the limitations of human understanding and the recognition of our dependence on forces and truths that lie beyond our comprehension. This humility is essential for personal growth and spiritual development.

  5. Reflection of the Universe: The mind, when tranquil, acts as a mirror, reflecting the universe's beauty and complexity. This metaphor suggests that our perceptions can be clear and true when we cultivate inner peace.

  6. Light and Harmony: The contrast between darkness and light, silence and harmony, illustrates the idea that even in challenging times, there is an inherent beauty and order that can be perceived by those who are attuned to their inner selves.

  7. Natural Flow of Life: The passage encourages acceptance of life's natural changes and spontaneity. It advocates for allowing things to unfold as they are meant to, rather than forcing them into a predetermined mold.

  8. Unity and Freedom: The concluding thoughts on unity and the freedom of the mind and heart suggest that true peace comes from recognizing our oneness with the universe and letting go of attachments and fears.

Overall, this passage invites readers to cultivate inner stillness, embrace the interconnectedness of all life, and find peace in the natural flow of existence. It encourages a deep, reflective approach to life that honors both the individual and the collective experience.

The Lack of Proper Communication - MGS

There is one main issue I have noticed in life, and that is loneliness.
The simple truth is that people often do not know, how to help, which is why some individuals may never truly make an effort to find ways to improve the situation. There are those who feel alone in life, those who are depressed, and those who keep trying but find no support. The lack of support is a significant part of the problem in people’s lives. The biggest issue is “the not knowing how to help one another”. I believe that if people had the right mindset to offer help and support, things wouldn't be as difficult. Due to a lack of communication and understanding, loneliness and suffering persist. So, take a moment to reflect on this honestly consider ways to make life better for one another.

Reflection

This  touched on a profound and pervasive issue that affects many people across different walks of life. Loneliness can be a silent struggle, often exacerbated by a lack of understanding and communication. Here are a few thoughts on how we might address this issue collectively:
Fostering Open Communication: Encouraging open dialogues about feelings and mental health can help break down the stigma surrounding loneliness and depression. Creating safe spaces where individuals feel comfortable sharing their experiences can lead to greater understanding and support.
Active Listening: Sometimes, people just need someone to listen. Practicing active listening—where we truly hear and validate someone’s feelings—can make a significant difference. It shows that we care and are willing to be present for others.
Community Engagement: Building a sense of community can help combat loneliness. This can be through local events, support groups, or volunteer opportunities that connect people with shared interests and goals. Engaging in community activities can foster relationships and create a support network.
Educating on Mental Health: Increasing awareness and education about mental health can empower individuals to recognize signs of loneliness in themselves and others. Understanding that it’s okay to seek help can encourage those who are struggling to reach out.
Small Acts of Kindness: Simple gestures, like checking in on a friend, sending a message, or inviting someone for coffee, can have a profound impact. These small acts can remind individuals that they are not alone and that someone cares.
Encouraging Professional Help: Sometimes, the best way to support someone is to encourage them to seek professional help. Therapy and counseling can provide individuals with the tools they need to cope with loneliness and depression.
Mindfulness and Self-Compassion: Encouraging practices like mindfulness and self-compassion can help individuals develop a better relationship with themselves reducing feelings of loneliness and isolation.

Celebrate your Small Wins - MGS

Realizing how hard to reach the goal to STRIVE whatever you truly want and strive for in life, you've got to give it all you've got, with all your heart. In fact, you got to be stronger and better today than you were yesterday. You got to go deep down, beyond pain, beyond exhaustion, and when it’s harder than you imagined it would be, when it takes longer than you thought it would take and when the pain is so much than you thought you could bare and all you want to do is give up and all you want to do is give in, when you feel like you’ve given all you got, you got to take one more step, you got to run one more lap and throw one more punch. It’s about perfecting the YOU, not just doing more instead of finding your best. You got to be willing to face every fear, climb every mountain, one step at a time until you are left standing and there’s nothing in your way until you reach the top.

Reflection

This captures the essence of perseverance and the relentless pursuit of personal growth. Striving for our goals often requires us to dig deep within ourselves, pushing through discomfort and challenges that may seem insurmountable. It’s a reminder that true strength lies not just in physical ability, but in mental resilience and the willingness to confront our fears. Every setback can be a stepping stone, and every moment of doubt can be transformed into motivation. The journey to becoming the best version of ourselves is not a sprint but a marathon, where each small victory builds upon the last. It’s about embracing the struggle, learning from it, and using it to fuel our determination.
As you continue on your path, remember that the process of striving is just as important as the destination. Celebrate your progress, no matter how small, and keep pushing forward. With each step, you are not only moving closer to your goals but also evolving into a stronger, more resilient individual. Keep striving, keep believing, and never underestimate the power of one more step.

Stay Still - MGS

No matter what you have gone through,
Keep chasing your dreams.
Stay focus and keep standing,
To battle for a happy and peaceful life.
In this life as clear as water,
Even the ripples are reflecting its light,
For we come through in waves.
Think with your whole body and feel with your heart.
Be aware of your path, you may not know,
Where it may lead but not knowing,
Where you're going is what inspires, you to travel the path.
All things and everyone belong to one truth,
One true essence, and meaning called life.
Merge your mind and soul with the world,
And take a glance from your eyes to life.
All that arises will soon pass all that has passed,
Will be replaced by something else that arises.
What matters most about your own life
Is each heartbeat and each move,
You are making at this moment.

Reflection 2

These words of mine resonate with a profound sense of hope and resilience. They remind us that the journey of life is filled with uncertainties, yet it is precisely those uncertainties that fuel our growth and inspire us to pursue our dreams. Embracing each moment, feeling deeply, and staying connected to our true essence allow us to navigate the waves of existence with grace.

As we chase our dreams, it's essential to remain grounded in the present, recognizing that every heartbeat is a testament to our vitality and purpose. The ripples of our experiences, both joyful and challenging, contribute to the beautiful tapestry of life. By merging our minds and souls with the world around us, we cultivate a deeper understanding of our place within it.

Let us continue to stand firm in our pursuit of happiness and peace, knowing that every step we take, no matter how small, is a part of our unique journey. Embrace the unknown, for it is in the exploration of the unfamiliar that we often find our greatest treasures. Keep dreaming, keep moving, and let your heart guide you toward the life you envision.

The Essence of Human Experience -MGS

We do what we can in life,

 Until our destiny is revealed.

What we will leave behind,

Will not be engraved in stone monuments,

But woven into the hearts of others.

For all things are formed by nature,

To change and nothing stay the same.

As for long as nothing drives us away,

We remain free,

No one shall hinder us from doing what good,

We choose, and we choose to do,

What is according to nature.

The true person is revealed in difficult times,

When hardships arise,

They are there to come through it all.

Always look within,

For within is the foundation of good,

It will always spring up,

Iif you will look deeper.

Nothing has such power to broaden,

The mind and soul as the ability,

To see all that comes

With the observation in life,

Time is the essence.

*Reflection 1:

This passage beautifully captures the essence of human experience and the transient nature of life. It emphasizes the importance of our actions and their impact on others, suggesting that our true legacy lies not in grand monuments but in the connections we forge and the kindness we extend.

The idea that change is a fundamental aspect of existence reminds us to embrace the ebb and flow of life, recognizing that challenges often reveal our true character. In times of difficulty, our resilience and compassion can shine through, guiding us to act in harmony with our nature.

The call to look within encourages introspection, suggesting that our inner strength and goodness are always present, waiting to be discovered. This self-awareness can lead to a broader understanding of life, enriching our minds and souls.

Ultimately, the passage serves as a reminder to cherish the present moment, as time is fleeting and precious. By observing and engaging with life fully, we can cultivate a deeper appreciation for our journey and the connections we create along the way.

Manifestation Old Employees Status - MGS

Manifestation on the "old employee status".

Being old or being in a retirement situations it important to discuss the importance of financial planning for retirement. As we approach our 50s and 60s, it is essential to understand that the decision to continue working is a personal choice. If an employee chooses to remain in the workforce, it is important to recognize that the expectations of performance remain the same, regardless of age. Companies are not charities; they expect all employees, regardless of age, to contribute equally to the organization. If an employee finds that they can no longer meet up the company expectations, it may be time to consider retirement rather than waiting for circumstances to dictate the decision.
As we navigate our careers as an employed individual, particularly in the teaching profession, it is crucial to recognize the importance of saving for retirement rather than spending excessively. While it is natural to enjoy the fruits of our labor, we must also be mindful of our long-term financial security. Living extravagantly and purchasing unnecessary items can lead to financial strain later in life. Instead,
I encourage all employees, I personally encouraging myself to consider saving at least half of my salary. Establishing a habit of saving early on can significantly impact our financial stability in our early 40s and 50s, when retirement is calling. Moreover, I would like to emphasize the importance of having a pension plan or a retirement savings account from the early years of being employed. This proactive approach will ensure that we have a safety net when we reach retirement age. By planning ahead, we can enjoy our later years without the stress of financial insecurity. In conclusion, I urge all employees to take their financial future seriously. By saving diligently and planning for retirement, we can ensure a comfortable and secure future. Thank you for considering this important message. I hope it resonates with you and may it be encouragement not a discouragement not be a frustration.

Pen and Paper - MGS

I don't know what happened to me, poetry was once my everything.
Now I lost my free spirit, my way of life.
I've been so distracted that I lost focus on what's mine.
My words, my pen, my paper. All things fell out of sight.
My mind drifted off of what kept me sane.
I let depression and emptiness take away what was mine to enjoy.
Doubting myself wondering if I can even do it anymore.
Oh the joy of reading something after I spilled my heart out onto the paper.
Nothing makes me feel more alive than my pen and my paper.

Keep Still - MGS

Your heart may have been broken, but broken open,
to reveal the only place you haven't looked,  within feelings change from time to time.  Like the passing weather,  sometimes happiness, sometimes sadness,  but beneath it, all is the simple perfection of your life unfolding. The battles we fight are on the inside, for peace,  every thought comes and goes, maybe because of the changes in life.  the seasons in a cycle or the circumstances that surround us all.  Focus on accepting thoughts and feelings   whatever they are as natural, to you at the moment,  and focus on making a change at this moment here.  Life will unfold as it will,    we can resist it, we can't complain about it,       or we can make the best of it.

I Will Not Be The Same - MGS

Yet...
This i know.

Unfortunately, I'm not the old me,
if you ever did me wrong,
i will never look at you the same way again.

Before i use to see the good in everyone.
no matter how many times they hurt me.
i use to believe in fresh starts, in fixing things.

Giving people another chance to prove they will change,
and difference with us will be fixed,
but lo, I'm done!

Before I let things slide again and again
believing one day they would see and treat me with the same kindness.
but i was wrong, now i know better.

If you ever did me wrong,
i will never look at you the same way again.
i don't hold grudges, but i do remember,

I remember the lies, the betrayal,
the times you chose to hurt me when you didn't have to.
times i cried so many nights that cause me sleepless night.

I remember how i made excuses for disrespect,
convincing myself that maybe you didn't mean it,
that maybe you would change your treatment towards me.

Things will not be a fault for me not to forgive,
because people like you will never change,
unless you die, that what i want.

Believe me will never look at you the same way again.
not with respect, not with trust, and not with honor,
unless you could ever be different but i doubt.

You already showed me who you are,
and now I believe your evilness,
have no place in my life never again!

Be Kind - MGS

Be kind, for the world can be a heavy place,
A gentle word or smile can bring a warm embrace.
Don’t be the reason someone skips a meal,
Or dreads the morning light, unable to feel.

Your words are like seeds, they take root and grow,
In the hearts of the weary, in the souls of the low.
A careless comment can linger like a scar,
While kindness can shine like a guiding star.

Remember, how you treat others reflects who you are,
It’s a mirror of your heart, no matter how far.
For life is a journey, unpredictable and vast,
The tables may turn; today’s triumphs may not last.

So tread with compassion, with empathy and grace,
You never know the battles that others must face.
Lift them up when they stumble, offer a hand,
For kindness is a language that helps us all stand.

In a world that can feel so lonely and cold,
Let your actions be stories of warmth to be told.
Be the reason someone feels seen and alive,
For in lifting each other, together we thrive.

Memories Like a Calendar -MGS

Memories are like a calendar, pages turned with care,
Each date a snapshot of moments we once shared.
Faded photographs of laughter, whispers in the night,
Captured in the margins, where time feels just right.

We flip through the seasons, the laughter and the tears,
Each month a reminder of our hopes and fears.
Yet as we trace the lines of what once was our song,
We find that though we cherish, we can’t linger long.

For time is a river, flowing ever ahead,
Carrying us forward, where new paths are spread.
We can glance at the past, let nostalgia unfold,
But the present is a canvas, waiting to be bold.

We can never go back to the days that have flown,
Though the heart holds the echoes of love we have known.
So let’s honor those memories, let them light our way,
As we weave new stories in the fabric of today.

For while we can’t revisit the moments we’ve lost,
We can build on their lessons, no matter the cost.
Memories are treasures, but life’s not meant to stall
Embrace the now, for it’s the greatest gift of all.

A Letter For Myself - MGS

I've written this letter for myself as my guide so I will always walk in a right path.

Dear Self,

May this epistle of mine remind you of the ever-changing nature of life. As you bask in the glory of your current successes, I urge you not to become too complacent. The tables can turn at any moment, and what you have today may not be yours tomorrow. Enjoy your time in the spotlight, because it's fleeting. You never know what tomorrow will bring, and it's essential to appreciate the present moment.

Don't take anything for granted, as the winds of change can shift quickly. Remember that happiness is temporary, and sorrow can strike at any moment. Today, you may be on top of the world, but tomorrow, you may be facing challenges that will bring you to tears. It's crucial to stay grounded and humble, no matter what life brings.

Lastly, I want to caution you against bragging about your accomplishments. While it's natural to feel proud, be careful not to let your ego get the better of you. Don't let your successes go to your head, I hope you take these words to heart and remember that life is full of ups and downs. Stay humble, stay grounded, and always be truthful. Mashallah

A Nation Of Worker

In the shadow of factories, the bells would chime,
A rhythm of order, a march in time.
“Don’t think, just do,” the old mantra said,
As dreams were tucked neatly away, left for dead.

Rows of young faces, all lined up in place,
Learning to follow, to quicken the pace.
With hands that were calloused, and minds that were still,
They crafted a future, but stifled the will.

“I want a nation of workers,” the vision was clear,
Where questions were silenced, and doubt turned to fear.
But the world has transformed, and the winds now have changed,
What once was a blessing now feels so estranged.

For the heart of the future beats wild and free,
It craves innovation, it longs to be.
Curiosity dances, and creativity sings,
In a landscape of thinkers, where possibility springs.

So let’s break the old molds, let’s shatter the chains,
Embrace the unknown, let go of the reins.
For a nation of thinkers, of dreamers, of doers,
Can build a tomorrow where hope always endures.

Let’s nurture the questions, let’s honor the spark,
In the light of their brilliance, we’ll find our true mark.
For a world that is changing needs minds that can soar,
Not just a nation of workers, but so much more.
