Ultima's Lagrimas

My poetry is known to be pathetic The stanzas are far beyond lyrical My voice fills the heart with sorrow My eyes are blind to see a brighter tomorrow My heart is filled with your regrets An empty soul is all you're bringing My path following a lonely pattern My isolation is aftermath My meaning of living is very nil My hunger can never be filled My purpose in life is unknown My insight can never be shown My emotion will always be dry My own being, no sense of faith My spirit prepared to be knocking for nothing My presence is never expected My true sense of peace is not impacted My only true friend is misery My love is caged, and never to be free My hope was never born My motivation was never worn My settlement has been broken My secrets left behind as the unspoken My end has arrived near My heart feels no fear Now I’m about to die A warm liquid falls from my eyes.

Grey Hair

image from google You did not mind, but people minded. A silver crown in sunlight shone. You did not care, but people noticed. Whispers of wisdom quietly float. You don’t check, but people looked. In every strand of grey hair, a story told. You try to hide them, color them, Yet still gleamed, like a star in the night. Each strand of grey hair is a sip from life’s rich cup. Grey hair isn’t a defeat but a piece of experience, bittersweet. Be proud of every grey hair you see, It’s a piece with dreams and paths you’ve been. The stories of laughter and tears The testament to the beauty of life; let them shine. For every grey hair, embrace that’s a journey of life.

A Poem from Someone from a DISTANCE.

Before, she was at every table, Meals, parties, raised voices over wine. Sky's the limit, "Her friends loved to hear from her" They called her, they wanted her. Parties, gatherings, every occasion she's the highlight, Her hands were useful, her stories relevant. The talk of the town... always had the entry, The nights are not complete without her presence, Her laughter had its place; her smiles mattered. And then slowly... the invitations slowed down. Not all at once, No... It's more discreet than that, the distance. Friends think of her... but afterward. They talk to her just as a work matter, HI's... HELLO's before often, now seldom, They love her, of course... but from afar. So, she stopped waiting for them to make room for her. She started making her own, laughter, smiles, tears, and stories She set the table for herself, put on the tablecloth, napkin, candle, and wine. She gave herself flowers, a chocolate, not to decorate but to...

My Way

This is inspired by the famous quote of Bill Watterson. 'From now on, I’ll connect the dots my own way.’  From now on, I’ll connect the dots my own way, charting a course where the wild dreams play.  No longer confined by the lines that they draw, I’ll paint my own canvas, defy every law. With colors of courage, I’ll blend, and I’ll mix, creating a thread, a life full of tricks. Each twist and each turn, a story to tell, In the dance of my journey, I’ll flourish and swell. The paths may be winding, the shadows may loom,   But I’ll find my own light, let my spirit consume. With every connection, a spark will ignite,  A constellation of hope in the deep velvet night. So, here’s to the moments, both big and small, To the dots that I gather, I’ll cherish them all. From now on, I’ll wander, I’ll dream, and I’ll sway, For the map of my life is my own to display.  My principles isolate me from people. No one wants my company, and it really doesn't matte...

Prayer Under the Rain

Rain, rain, go away, Hearing the little ones’ dismay, Their tiny voices, sound and clear, Echoed wishes for the rain to disappear. Moving their heads, upward, downward, Searching the skies, their hopes empowered. Looking left, then to the right, Under heavy clouds, they trudged with fright. So I began to pray, to the Lord above, “Clear the way for them, wrap them in love. Keep them safe, let the storm subside, Guide them gently, be their guide.” So rain, rain, if you must stay, Let joy and laughter find their way. For in the hearts of these little ones Hope will rise, and love will call. Bring them home safe and sound. Amen

Simple Way (of Happiness)

They seem to be happy living by the ocean side, Where the waves kiss the shore and the seagull's glide. With sun-kissed skin and laughter in the air, Their worries drift away, like sea foam everywhere. Morning light dances on the water's embrace, As they gather shells, each one a treasure, a trace. Children build castles, dreams rising high, While the tide whispers secrets, as time passes by. The salty breeze carries stories untold, Of love and adventure, of hearts brave and bold. With each sunset painting the sky in gold hue, They find joy in the simple, in moments so true. Evenings bring bonfires, where shadows play, As they share their hopes, letting worries decay. With the ocean as witness, their spirits take flight, In the warmth of connection, everything feels right. They seem to be happy, living life unconfined, By the ocean side, where peace is aligned. In the rhythm of the tides, they find their way, Embracing the beauty of each passing day.

Ready To Die

When you are ready to die, Speak up all the burdens you bear, Speak up all the burdens you bear, Speak up all the burdens you bear, Speak up all the burdens you bear, Let the weight of silence break, And release the thoughts that ensnare. When you are ready to die, Do what sets your spirit free, Dance in the light of fleeting moments, Embrace the wild, the untamed sea. When you are ready to die, Fear loses its grip, its hold, You no longer worry about losing, For in letting go, you become bold. When you are ready to die, You give up treasures, even the rare, Your most precious jewelry, No longer a chain, but a breath of air. When you are ready to die, Leave behind the weight of the past, Focus on today’s gentle whispers, In each heartbeat, find peace at last. So, if you are ready to die, Let your soul rise, let it soar, For in the act of surrender, You’ll discover what life has in store.
